Touring WAM members can now save thousands in excess baggage fees, with airline Qantas announcing a new partnership with national music bodies to support touring musicians. Card-holding members travelling on Qantas domestic services can request a FREE additional baggage allowance 2 business days advance of travel.

The National Indigenous Music Awards (NIMAs) annually recognise the best in Australian Indigenous music. This year the awards will be held in Darwin, Saturday 11 August. Award nominations are open until Friday 29 June, with Triple j Unearthed running a national competition until 1 July.
